Kristin is an OCB Pro Bikini Competitor, certified judge, ex-gym manager, and macro-friendly chef who makes high-protein low-calorie recipes taste like your favorite comfort food. She’s also one of those Disneyland Adults (and proud of it)—but no one here complains, because she comes back from every trip with new recipe inspo and a suitcase full of magic. When she’s not at Disneyland, you can bet she’s on a plane somewhere. She’s the queen of carry-on only, always up for an adventure, and lives to explore the world one bite and barbell at a time.
Jackie, on the other hand, hates cooking. Like, seriously hates it. But she still does it—because Kristin’s recipes are so simple and delicious, and she loves being able to eat good food and still feel sexy AF laying out in her bikini under the blazing Arizona sun. Most days you can catch her throwing on some tunes and dancing in the kitchen to make the chore a little more fun. Jackie holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, is a certified Sports Nutritionist, ex-gym owner and elite-level trainer with more certifications than a CVS receipt. She’s a total girly girl who loves hair, makeup, fashion and always packs too much for every trip and refuses to apologize for it.
