Billing Policy

All subscriptions are billed immediately upon sign-up, unless otherwise agreed upon. Subscriptions renew monthly, quarterly, or yearly from the date of purchase, depending on the product and billing cycle selected at checkout.

Subsequent billings will occur on the same calendar day as the initial payment. If you do not wish for your subscription to renew automatically, it is your responsibility to log into your account and cancel prior to the next renewal date.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal constitutes authorization for continued billing.

Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions: Recipes, Workouts, Group Coaching)

You may cancel eligible subscriptions at any time by logging into your account:

•Click My Account

•Select Subscriptions

•Click View next to the active subscription

•Click Cancel

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will then move to a cancelled status. You will retain access to subscription content through the end of your paid period. Access will be revoked once the billing cycle concludes.

You may rejoin at any time at the current published rate.

Minimum Commitment Programs & Early Termination

All coaching programs offered by Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC include a minimum commitment term, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and/or onboarding.

All minimum-term agreements are binding and non-refundable.

Early Termination Policy

In rare circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC, an early termination request may be approved.

If approved, an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance will be due immediately to close the account.

Approval of early termination is not guaranteed. Failure to complete agreed-upon payments may result in suspension of access, collections, or additional action as permitted by law.

If you do not wish to cancel, but have an extenuating circumstance that is preventing you from utilizing our services temporarily, we offer a one-time 30-day pause for documented emergencies. Documented proof will be requested a the time of the pause.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for unused time, missed check-ins, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with results, or automatic renewal charges.

In extremely rare circumstances, a written request may be submitted to refunds@fitfoodiechicks.com. Any exception is determined solely by Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC and does not constitute a waiver of this policy.

Login Information & Content Sharing

By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree not to share, sell, distribute, or reproduce any login credentials, recipes, meal plans, workouts, guides, videos, or other proprietary materials without written consent from Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC.

Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination without refund.

Recipe Access & Intellectual Property

Subscriptions provide access to an evolving library of proprietary recipes and resources. Downloadable files may be made available as a courtesy to active subscribers.

Once a subscription is inactive, access to content is revoked.

All materials are the intellectual property of Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC and may not be redistributed without written permission.

Affiliate Program

Commission Terms

•Customers may receive a 10% discount on an initial purchase via an affiliate coupon code (discounts apply to initial purchase only).

•Affiliates earn 20% commission on initial purchases and subsequent subscription renewals made through their affiliate link or code.

•Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal with a $5 USD minimum payout.

Discount codes are not stackable and may not apply to all products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our services.

By using the Website/App or purchasing services on behalf of another individual, you represent that you are their legal guardian and accept responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms or disrupts the community.

All nutrition information is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Nutritional data is calculated using third-party tools (including MyFitnessPal), and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to ensure all ingredients meet your dietary needs and restrictions. Consult a physician or registered dietitian before making dietary changes.

Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC makes no guarantees regarding results.

Workout Disclaimer & Release of Liability

Participation in workouts and physical activity is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

By using our workout programming, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and waive any claims against Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates for injury, illness, or loss.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, discontinue immediately and consult a medical professional.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, hardware, or resources linked through our services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Confidentiality & Photo Release

Client information is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Client progress photos will only be used publicly with explicit permission. Clients may opt out or choose anonymous use.

Arbitration, Choice of Law & Limited Remedies

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

The maximum remedy available in arbitration is limited to the amount paid during the initial contract term. No consequential or punitive damages may be awarded.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including all billing, cancellation, refund, and liability provisions.

You voluntarily waive any right to bring legal action against Fit Foodie Chicks, LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates for participation-related claims.
