WHAT IS A “MACRO FRIENDLY” RECIPE?
Our recipes are designed to be higher in protein and lower in calories than traditional versions. Every main dish has at least 25% of the calories coming from protein (because abs are made in the kitchen, not in the bottom of a chip bag). We keep ingredients simple, affordable, and family-approved—and yes, we use fat-free, zero-calorie swaps when needed to keep the calories low, the flavor high, and the results coming.
HOW DO I CALCULATE MY MACROS?
No need to Google it and get 14 different answers. We’ve got you! Every subscription includes a free one-time custom macro calculation. If you just need the numbers we also offer one-time macro calculations separately.
DO I HAVE TO BE TRACKING MACROS TO USE THE RECIPES?
Nope. These recipes are for real-life humans who eat food. They’re great whether you’re tracking macros like a pro or just trying to eat better without sacrificing flavor. They’re designed to make hitting your calorie and protein goals feel effortless—without a math degree required.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE MEAL PLANS?
As long as your subscription is active, you’ll have in-app access to the current and previous 23 months of recipes (that’s over 250+ recipes). You can download and print them to keep forever! Just make sure to save any favorites before they get archived or canceling your membership—plans not downloaded before that won’t be accessible later.
WHERE DO I FIND MY MEAL PLANS AND WORKOUTS?
Once you join, you’ll be invited to download our free app and create an account. Inside, you’ll find:
Meal plans under On Demand > Resources
Workouts under On Demand > Workouts or your assigned calendar
Coaching info under Coaching > Messages or Calendar
Everything is organized and easy to access—because chaos belongs in your inbox, not your fitness plan.
IF I SUBSCRIBE, AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
Our coaching plans come with a minimum term, agreed upon at the time of purchase (because real results don’t happen overnight). After that? It’s month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
Meal Plan and Workout Subscriptions are no-contract and can be canceled any time from your account settings.
HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE THERE PER RECIPE?
Main meals, sides, and desserts serve at least 4 people. BLTs (that’s Breakfasts, Lunches, Treats and Snacks) usually serve 1–4 people depending on the recipe. Portion sizes are generous—we’re not out here starving, sis.

CAN I FOLLOW THE WORKOUTS AT HOME?
Absolutely. Every month includes home-friendly versions of the workouts using dumbbells and resistance bands. You can work out in your living room, garage, on the go or even your kid’s playroom if you’re brave.
DO I HAVE TO DO CARDIO TOO?
Only if you want to. Our programs focus on resistance training, because that’s what builds the muscle and burns the fat that gives you that “toned” look. Walking and movement throughout the day is always a bonus—but you’ll never have to live on the stairmaster to get results here.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE, KETO, OR VEGAN OPTIONS?
We don’t offer specialty diet plans, but many of our recipes can be easily adapted to your needs. Swap out an ingredient, omit what doesn’t work for you, and boom—you’ve got a plan that fits YOU. Many of our current clients do this successfully while still seeing amazing results.
CAN I UPGRADE TO COACHING LATER?
YES! If you’re loving the recipes or workouts but need more structure and accountability, you can upgrade to our 1:1 Coaching or Group Macro Coaching at any time. Just shoot us a message and we’ll help you find the best fit for your goals.
