🥕🍰 Where are my carrot cake fans?

If carrot cake is on the menu, you better believe I will make room in my macros for a full slice! Well now you can have the flavors of this popular dessert in your morning oatmeal! I love overnight oats to prep ahead and have a quick grab-n-go breakfast throughout the week and this flavor is a new favorite! Hit the ❤️ and share this recipe to spread the food freedom love!

Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

(Makes 4 servings)

* 4 mason jars with lids (or any 16 oz. containers with spill-proof lids)

* 3 c. unsweetened almond milk

* 1 (4 oz.) jar pureed carrot baby food

* 2 c. oats

* 120 g. Vanilla protein powder (or cinnamon if you have it)

* 1 tsp. cinnamon

* 2 Tbsps. chopped walnuts

* 1/4 c. raisins

* 1/2 c. finely grated, peeled carrots

Fill each mason jar with: 3/4 c. milk, 1 oz. baby food (about 1 Tbsp.), 1/2 c. oats, 30 g. protein powder, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 Tbsp. walnuts, 1 Tbsp. raisins and 2 Tbsps. grated carrot. Screw lids on tightly and shake well. Refrigerate overnight, up to 5 days. When you are ready to eat, stir and enjoy!
