Within 3 business days, you will receive an invite e-mail from “Everfit”, with a link to download the Fit Foodie Chicks App and set up your account. If, after 3 business days, you have not received this e-mail, please contact us immediately. (If you are already an existing FFC App subscriber, you will not receive this email. See below for next steps.)

You will receive a task in the “coaching” section of the app to fill out a questionnaire.  Upon completion of that questionnaire, within 3 business days, you will receive your custom plan, and information on weekly check-ins from your coach in the app. All direct communication will be via the in-app chat feature. In the event we need to email you additional information, please be sure to mark fitfoodiechicks1@gmail.com as a safe sender with your email settings so future emails are not redirected to your junk/SPAM folder.
