Meet Meg. Meg is a fitness coach and she was already in great shape when she came to us and asked for our help to dial it in just a little more. Coaches need coaches too and she is KILLING IT! She has just completed a fat loss phase and is down over 7 lbs in 12 weeks! We are so proud of her. This is just the beginning. Now we are slowly giving her more calories so that she can build more muscle, maintain the fat she has lost and prime her body to lose even more during the next fat loss phase.
She trusted the process.
She was 100% compliant 90% of the time!
She let go of what she had done in the past
She’s committed for the long term

Those Skinny Pop Popcorn people thought they had it in the bag, & in the past entire bags have been devoured in one sitting around here! But not this year! Our version of this holiday treat is the same amount of calories per serving BUT with 18g of added protein!
With Chocolate Peppermint Protein Popcorn
(Makes 4 servings)
* 1/2 c. un-popped popcorn kernels
* 1/4 c. light butter
* 6 Tbsps. zero calorie granulated sugar substitute
* 1/4 c. water
* 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
* 1/8 tsp. almond extract
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. baking soda
* 90g. vanilla flavored protein powder (whey protein blend works best)
* 1/4 c. white chocolate chips
* 2 Tbsps. finely crushed candy canes (about )
Preheat oven to 250℉. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. Air pop the popcorn according to package directions. Discard un-popped kernels & place the rest in a very large bowl. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, sugar substitute, water, peppermint & almond extracts. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat. Whisk in salt, baking soda & protein powder. Mix until smooth. It will be thick and sticky. Immediately pour over popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Spread out in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring and re-distributing into a single layer every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. It will get crunchier as it cools. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth. Finely crush the candy canes in a food processor, or by placing in a zip-seal baggie and smashing with a hammer. Place popcorn back in the mixing bowl. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, stir to coat and then mix in the crushed peppermint candies. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days…if you have any left by then!
