As a subscriber you get exclusive access to all of these recipes, formerly featured in our social media feed, in a pre-formatted, printable document. Now eating healthy ALL DAY is even easier!

All recipes include:

Simple instructions, full color photos, macronutrient information, are pre-logged into My Fitness Pal for quick and easy tracking and include 1-8 servings.

Meal plan subscribers will be required download of the Everfit App, branded and customized for Fit Foodie Chicks in order to access their recipes.  This app is a free download and is available for both iOS and Android users. You will be receiving an invite to download this app upon completion of your order. Be sure to do this ASAP in order to maintain access to your recipes.

The library of recipes from the past 6 years will be available in the app at all times. If you have recipes you would like to keep forever, you must download and save/print them before they are archived and removed from the app.
