Same woman, whole new vibe!

In my 30s I:
• Survived on coffee and chaos because I thought if I could just push through and do more, I’d finally achieve my goals 

☕️

• Thought 1,200 calories and 7 days of group fitness classes was the “secret”
• Avoided crop tops and bikinis
• Cut out all carbs, aka joy from my life
• Called it a “cheat day” every time I ate like a normal human
• Lived bloated, tired, and cranky – but smiled through it

In my 40s:
• I still love coffee but I don’t NEED it anymore
• I work out LESS and rest MORE, only doing group fitness classes once in a while for fun 

💪

• I eat ALL the foods I avoided in my 30s
• I sleep, hydrate, and walk like it’s part of my job
• I track, but I don’t obsess
• I actually look strong and I feel confident in my skin
• My energy, confidence, and strength are on another level

The wild part?
I’m not doing more – I’m just doing it smarter.
