The game or the food? Or is it the halftime show? What is your favorite part about Super Bowl? I’ll be singing along to Snoop Dogg this year and completely horrifying my son, but for me, it’s ALWAYS about the food! This Spinach Dip Pull Apart Bread is sure to be a hit. 10 MIN – GET MOVING!
NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) – forms of physical activity that can play a significant role in maximizing the total amount of calories burned in day.
Most common form of NEAT is
walking. Now we realize if you don’t have access to a gym and/or live in a climate that produces icicles on your lashes if outside too long
……getting steps in from walking can be a challenge.
Leave it to Fit Foodie Chicks to produce as way for you to bump up your activity from anywhere!!! This is a 10 minute “get your steps in” video. You don’t need to clear a lot of space, you can do this in the kitchen, at your desk, at the park…literally anywhere!
Be sure to save this video for future reference and follow along. It’s only 10 minutes….but it can amplify your caloric burn for the day. And you can do this more than once a day. Break it up…do a 10 min session in the morning and then another in the afternoon. Whatever works within your schedule.
P.S. If anyone knows us personally…..yes, we are
corny and will often laugh at ourselves. ENJOY!
