Meet Timothy!
Timothy came to us with the intent of improving his physique and obtaining a structured program that would work for his busy travel schedule.
We had to break a few “habits” (tons of cardio, not enough protein, daily ab workouts, etc). This was not an overnight magical transformation, we took our time slowly incorporating some small changes that eventually turned into a daily / weekly lifestyle. **We also made sure to incorporate all the foods Timothy loves and he still enjoys his cocktails/beers!
Not only has Timothy’s posture improved, but he has also lowered his blood pressure from 162/98 to 124/82. ![]()
What has been really fun is hearing from his wife about how his confidence has improved!!
Quality of life matters!!! It isn’t just about getting ripped or lean. Improving overall health ensures your longevity in the game of “life”. Being able to stay active for as long as possible is priceless!! Work on this NOW so that you won’t have the regret later.
HOW STRENGTH TRAINING IMPROVES YOUR POSTURE:
Strength training helps to build & tone muscles, which can help to support and align your spine and improve your overall posture.
Strength training can also help to improve your flexibility and range of motion, which can help you maintain proper posture throughout the day.
By strengthening your muscles and improving your posture, you can reduce your risk of developing pain or injury in your back, neck, and shoulders, which can be caused by poor posture or muscle weakness.

Smashburger Tacos
Makes 8 tacos
* 8 Mission® Low Fat Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas
* 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
* 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
* 1 c. reduced-fat Mexican blend shredded cheese
* 1 c. shredded lettuce
Optional toppings: Any of your favorite taco or burger toppings, such as tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, pickles, onions, etc. Optional toppings not included in nutrition facts, log separately.
Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Place a 2 oz. ball of raw ground beef on top of each tortilla and “smash” meat onto the tortilla with the back of a fork, spreading meat evenly all the way up to the edge of the tortillas. Evenly sprinkle garlic salt over the meat. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place tacos, meat-side-down onto hot griddle, working in batches if necessary, to avoid overcrowding. Firmly press tacos down with the back of a spatula. Allow to cook, without moving, for about 3-5 minutes or until meat has formed a crust and is cooked through. Flip tacos so the tortilla side is down and top each taco with 1/2 oz. of cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla is lightly browned. Remove tacos from the pan, top each taco with about 7 g. of lettuce and any desired additional toppings, Fold in half like a taco and enjoy.
