How long will it take?
Longer than you think! If anyone is “selling” you the body of your dreams in 30 days….
RUN!! It’s just not realistic.
But it IS realistic for you to obtain your ultimate body if you just STAY IN IT FOR THE LONG HAUL! And you STAY CONSISTENT!
Meet Fit Foodie Chicks coaching client “T”. Give her some
love cause she is doing just that….staying consistent!!
T has been through only 3 fat loss cuts (calorie deficit). Meaning, we have spent the majority of the time adding calories & working on her metabolic efficiency so that she could build some lean muscle, have loads of energy, eat a ton of food and STILL GET RESULTS!!
T is over 40.
T is a working mom.
She travels a ton and loves to go out to eat. And still does!!!
Most often exercises at home but occasionally goes to the gym when she needs heavier weights. (She uses the Fit Foodie Chicks workout app).
Comments from “T”:
❝Thank you for your accolades and perspective on choice. It really is very powerful when we choose to have life happen for us instead of to us. I have applied the ownership of choice in other aspects of my life. I think it can feel like food controls us instead of the other way around. I can feel that shifting and this concept of choice applied here is very powerful. Much appreciated!❝
❝I am hopeful and can see this program will help me get off the yo-yo “diet” lifestyle. To your point even when I’m not on a specific “diet” I always feel like I’m dieting if that makes sense.
I can see that if I continue to learn and practice more balanced eating it feels less and less like dieting but rather more mind/body awareness.❝
