She didn’t come to us desperate.
She wasn’t trying to lose a ton of weight.
She just didn’t want to buy bigger pants.
Perimenopause. Active her whole life.
1200–1300 calories. Doing 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 right… and still feeling off.
Sleep struggling. Energy dipping.

So we did the opposite of what diet culture screams.
We fed her more.
We stopped chasing exhaustion.
We built muscle without wrecking her back.
We focused on protein, strength, and consistency — not punishment.
Now she’s:

- Lifting + Pilates (and actually enjoying it)
- Stronger, sleeping better, clearer headed
- Blood sugar improved
- Back pain improved
- Eating foods she loves without spiraling
Still in perimenopause.
Still a busy mom.
Still eating ice ceam and fried rice.
And fitting her clothes again.
