𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀, 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗗𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗭𝗘𝗥𝗢 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀.

Yet at 42 and after 3 kids (and 3 C-sections), she was watching the weight creep on and feeling STUCK. Her anxiety was rising, and her confidence was falling.

→ She’s feeling STRONG again
→ Her anxiety has decreased
→ She’s pushing HEAVY weights
→ She’s fueling her body properly
→ She’s no longer afraid of food
