She was 58, walking 3β4 miles a day, cutting calories, and frustrated that the weight wasn’t budging.
And strength training? She wanted NOTHING to do with it. π
After three foot surgeries and nearly two years without working out, the thought of picking up weights was intimidating.
Sound familiar?
Fast-forward to todayβ¦
15.7 POUNDS DOWN. π₯
But here’s what we’re even MORE excited about.
Liz is now lifting weights consistently, getting stronger, seeing muscle definition, and wearing clothes that have become TOO BIG.
And the woman who once hated working out?
She actually LOOKS FORWARD TO IT NOW. ππͺ
She’s also learned that eating healthy doesn’t mean giving up carbs, dessert, or the foods she loves.
In fact, she went from barely cooking to making our recipes for her entire family!
She travels regularly, takes her weights with her, plans her meals, and has learned how to make this lifestyle work wherever she is.
THAT is the transformation we’re most proud of.
Because our goal was never just to help Elizabeth lose weight.
It was to teach her how to eat, train, and take care of herself in a way she could actually maintain.
And now? We’re shifting her focus away from losing more weight and toward BUILDING MUSCLE.
Because ladies, especially in midlife, the goal shouldn’t always be to get smaller.
It’s to get stronger, healthier, and more confident in the body you’re living in.
Liz, we are SO freaking proud of you! β€οΈ
And to the woman reading this who thinks she’s too old, too out of shape, or too intimidated to startβ¦
Liz thought she hated working out, too. π
